Job Description

As a Client Partner Lead you will work closely with our internal teams across customer success, sales and delivery to help them serve our customers better. Your job role requires operational excellence and streamlined customer support practices. Get ready to get roll up your sleeves and plunge into work that yields results.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of support executives and provide overall direction, coordination of the team
  2. Constantly monitor support tickets and assign it to respective teams and make sure SLAs are met by leveraging support tools.
  3. Manage the support executives to have the availability of the support team for the designated time zones.
  4. Define and improve the support workflow to make sure SLAs are not breached

Skills

  1. At least 4+ years of relevant experience managing a team of customer service associates
  2. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  4. Ability to be organized and meticulous.
  5. Absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience with every contact
  6. High level of self-motivation
  7. Team player and great interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
